Any type of electrical measurement device/equipment connected to a circuit impacts its electrical properties to some extent. A voltmeter connected to some high-value resistance can impact the actual resistance of the circuit, similarly, an ammeter connected in the circuit can impact the amount of current flowing in the circuit.
